1. Account
You log in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number via WhatsApp or SMS. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure. Do not share your OTP with anyone.

2. Products
Our products are skin, hair and personal care products. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary. Product information is not a substitute for medical advice – consult a doctor for medical conditions.

3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Shipping
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location.

5. Returns and refunds
Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

6. Communication
By placing an order you agree to receive transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping and delivery updates) on WhatsApp/SMS. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to opt out.

7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our website or products beyond the value of the order.
