• Standard shipping fees may apply based on order value, package weight, and delivery destination. Free shipping options may be available for orders exceeding specific threshold amounts.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 3 to 7 business days.
• Express Local Delivery: Available in select locations within 24 hours.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email. You can also monitor your order status in real time through your account dashboard under 'My Orders'.

5. Temperature-Sensitive Medicines

Cold-chain products (e.g., insulin, specific injections) are packed in specialized insulated packaging with gel ice packs to ensure temperature integrity throughout transit.
