• Mobile number – used to log you in with a one-time password (OTP) and to contact you about your orders.
• Name, email (optional) and delivery address – to process and deliver your orders.
• Order details and payment status – we do not store your card/UPI details; payments are handled by our payment partners.
• Device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages visited) – for security and to improve our website.

2. How we use your information
• To create and secure your account using OTP verification.
• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send transactional messages (OTP, order confirmation, shipping and delivery updates) via WhatsApp and/or SMS.
• To send offers and product updates only if you opted in. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP on WhatsApp.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

3. WhatsApp and SMS communication
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and SMS providers (such as Twilio) to deliver messages. Your mobile number and message content are shared with these providers only to deliver messages. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing of information
We never sell your personal data. We share data only with:
• Delivery/courier partners – to ship your orders.
• Payment gateways – to process payments.
• Messaging providers (Meta WhatsApp, Twilio) – to send OTPs and order updates.
• Government authorities – when required by law.

5. Data retention
We keep your account and order data while your account is active and as required by Indian tax and pharmacy laws. OTP codes are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form and expire within minutes.

6. Your rights

7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, hashed OTPs, rate limiting and access controls to protect your data.

8. Children
Our services are not intended for children under 18 without parental supervision.
