Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your HealthDial Pharmacy account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion:
1. Send a WhatsApp message "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to +91 9911660669 from your registered mobile number, OR
2. Email support@healthdialpharmacy.com with subject "Account Deletion" and your registered mobile number.

What happens next:
• We verify the request and delete your account, saved addresses and WhatsApp/SMS preferences within 7 working days.
• Order and invoice records may be retained only as required by Indian tax law, after which they are deleted.
• You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

To stop only WhatsApp messages (without deleting your account), reply STOP on WhatsApp.
